You can return your purchase for any reason up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Resignations and refunds

According to EU Directive no. 2011/83/UE, the customer may cancel the contract using the prescribed cancellation form within 14 days from the delivery date. There is no requirement to give a reason for cancelling. In our store you can return your items within 30 days from the delivery date.

It is necessary that the purchased goods are returned in unaltered shape with original tags and in the same condition as they were received.

If you wish to return the product:

1. Fill in standard cancellation form (see example in pdf or doc).
2. Send the signed form together with the purchased goods in unaltered shape and with original tags at your own expense to:

We will check the product when we receive it back. If the product meets the conditions stated above, we will issue you with the refund as soon as possible.
